Meet Jessica

I bring a deep connection to Northern Nevada, decades of professional experience, and a strong background in business and communication to every real estate transaction.

I’ve lived in Northern Nevada for more than half of my life, calling Wells, Elko, Reno, and Winnemucca home. I grew up living and working on ranches and spent my high school years competing in rodeos throughout Nevada. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the rural lifestyle and a lifelong appreciation for Nevada’s land, agriculture, horses, and small communities.

For more than 15 years, I’ve been a successful business owner. I currently own and operate my permanent make-up business in Winnemucca and previously operated in Reno for 11 years. For several of those years, I managed both locations simultaneously. Building and running my own business has taught me the value of developing long-term relationships, listening closely to what people want, communicating clearly, and providing a high level of personal service.

My professional background also includes 10 years as an editor, working for newspapers as well as Harness Tracks of America, the national trade association for harness horse racing tracks. That career strengthened my research, writing, communication, and attention-to-detail skills—all of which I now put to work for my real estate clients.

Having lived in both Northern Nevada’s larger communities and its small rural towns, I understand that real estate here can look very different from one property to the next. From homes in town to acreage, vacant land, and rural properties, I know how important it is to look beyond the listing and consider the details that can make a property the right fit.

I approach real estate the same way I’ve approached my businesses and professional career: listen carefully, do the research, communicate honestly, and follow through. I want my clients to feel informed and supported throughout the entire process and to always know they have someone in their corner.
